Comapny from China is Looking for partner or alience  

We are seeking partner and alliance globally to co-develop new medicine, as well as licensing-in right of manufacturing, commercializing, marketing and distributing the medical products in China mainland market. 

Our foremost interest is in neurology, cardiology, diabetes, infection, oncology, liver disease, and gynecology related disease. We may also be interested in products prescribed by other niche physician categories.

Our strategy is to acquire or in-license prescription pharmaceutical products for distribution or the whole manufacure and distribution rights in the mainland China which are promotion-sensitive and which are:

  In phase III (and perhaps phase II); we can co-develop the products and acquire the exclusivity of manufacure and distribution  in China and indicated areas;

   or  Successful (or becoming successful) outside of China but which are not yet available in China yet; we can offer products with  marketing and distribution in China, or acquiry the whole exclusive right in China.
  
  

We are open to all different types of deals ranging from agent and distribution in Chinese medicine market to acquisitions the whole licensing-in right.
